The office staff is very caring, they hold resident events and are very helpful in everything you need all the way from making copies to helping out with any concerns or needs I have as a resident I couldn't ask for more. My experience has been great. It's a very quiet complex with clean grounds, mature trees and a caring staff. I would definitely recommend to a friend or family member. Kudos to Tiana and Connie in the office.

|Recommended: YesMy daughter lives here. I Love the mature landscape, trees providing shade to walk around, pool dog park a bonus. Neighbors seem nice. Very quiet at night. However for paying almost 1600 inside seems low grade. Kitchen counters are chipped ENTIRE bathroom is surface painted instead of deep cleaned, paint flakes off in tub not at all healthy. Maintenance person doesn't seem particularly handy.

Two of my negatives with the complex are this
1 tenants not picking up after their dogs, especially large poop dogs.
One reason I chose to live here was that some large and aggressive dogs were not permitted here. I have seen pit bulls here and several other dogs OVER 80 Lbs. On the premises.
In fact, the tenant that lives just to the EAST of me, apt 1093, has a female mixed BOXER. this dog aggressively barks at ME AND MY 9 LB DOG. If the tenant were ever to accidentally lose control of dog and leash, I would be toast, as would my dog.
